Piping fastening members (7a, 7b) are connected so as to face one another by means of a fracture-inducing part (19). The piping fastening member (7a) is formed from a piping-retaining part (3a), and a locking part (5a) formed at the lower part of the piping-retaining part (3a). The piping-retaining part (3a) is the area where the piping is retained. An engaging part (9a) is formed at the upper part of the piping-retaining part (3a). Multiple teeth are formed in the engaging part (9a). The piping-retaining parts (3a, 3b) can be made to engage one another by moving the respective engaging parts (9a, 9b) of the pair of piping fastening members (7a, 7b) so as to face one another and by intermeshing their teeth. The locking part (5a) has a locking claw (11a) and a pressing part (13a). A tapered part (15a) is formed at a portion of the inner surface side of the locking part (5a) (the surface facing the locking part (5b) of the opposing piping fastening member (7b)).
