Abstract:
In this pneumatic tire 1, a plurality of first land sections 3A are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of second land sections 3B are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the tire circumferential direction. In addition, the first land sections 3A and the second land sections 3B are arranged in a staggered pattern along the tire center line CL. Further, the first land sections 3A and the second land sections 3B each have: a plurality of penetration grooves 41, 42 that penetrate through the land sections 3A, 3B and are open to a pair of inclined main grooves; and a plurality of blocks 51-53 demarcated by these penetration grooves 41, 42. Innermost center blocks 51 are defined as blocks closest to the tire center line CL among the blocks 51-53. In addition, edge parts of the innermost center blocks 51 have notch sections 61 that are open to connection sections between inclined main grooves 2A and 2B.
