Abstract:
The present invention provides a pneumatic vibration apparatus comprising a rotatable piston shaft. The pneumatic vibration apparatus comprises a piston body and a gas commutator. The piston body comprises a piston shaft, an input shaft, and a piston cylinder; the piston shaft comprises a hollow main shaft; both ends of the main shaft are respectively connected to a first piston and a second piston by means of connecting bearings, the first piston and the second piston are connected by means of an inner sleeve, and the main shaft is connected to a rotating connection member; the input shaft extends into the inner sleeve and is in fit connection with the rotating connection member; a first piston chamber and a second piston chamber are respectively formed between the side wall of the first piston and the piston cylinder, and between the side wall of the second piston and the piston cylinder, and the first piston chamber and the second piston chamber are respectively connected to a first air hole and a second air hole. The gas commutator comprises a first ventilation opening and a second ventilation opening; and the first ventilation opening and the second ventilation opening are respectively communicated with the first air hole and the second air hole. By using the technical solution of the present invention, the structure is compact, the adaptability is strong, and the rotation and vibration of a drilling tool are implemented.
