Abstract:
Provided are a polypeptide gene vector and a preparation method therefor, and an application. The polypeptide gene vector comprises a nanosphere formed by self-assembly of a triblock polypeptide, and the triblock polypeptide comprises polyethylene glycol, polylysine and polyleucine which are connected in sequence, one end of the polylysine being connected with the polyethylene glycol by means of an amide bond, the other end of the polylysine being connected with the polyleucine by means of a peptide bond. The polypeptide gene vector can efficiently load a target gene in the polypeptide gene vector to form a stable gene particle with a high encapsulation rate and a high load capacity, and the obtained polypeptide gene vector can generate a protonated sponge effect in lysosomes to promote lysosome escape of the target gene, preventing the target gene from being degraded in the lysosomes.
