Abstract:
This position determination system is provided with: a position information recording unit that pre-records information to which is associated feature quantities of an image that has been captured ahead of time and the position at which the image was captured; a feature quantity acquisition unit that acquires feature quantities from the image captured by an imaging device; a history recording unit that records the history of the position of the imaging device; and a position determination unit that, on the basis of information that the position information recording unit has recorded and the history that the history recording unit has recorded, determines the position corresponding to the feature quantities acquired by the feature quantity acquisition unit.
