Abstract:
The present application discloses a power device and a power apparatus. The power device comprises: a housing; a lead frame, comprising a base island area and a pin area, the housing and the base island area defining a chip accommodating space, the base island area being electrically connected to the pin area, and the pin area at least partially extending out of the housing and being bent in a direction facing the housing to form a soldering pin; at least two power device chips, arranged on the surface of the base island area close to one side of the housing; and an insulating layer, arranged on the surface of the lead frame facing away from one side of the housing.
