Abstract:

A controller (13) has a request acquisition unit (131) for obtaining the request signal for requesting permission to operate from a device, a calculation unit (132) for calculating a power margin based on the measurement result of a measurement unit and the maximum power, and a restriction unit (133) for instructing the restriction of power consumption to the device. When the power margin is less than the required power, the controller (13) restricts power consumption in order from the device having the lowest priority in the priority memory (16) by the restriction unit (133) to limit the increase in the power during use in the management range to within the power margin. In addition, the controller (13) notifies permission information indicating permission to operate or not operate to the device that originated the transmission of the request signal from the calculation unit (132). Thus, when there is a request for the required power from the device, the time to restrict the power consumption of the other devices and guarantee the power margin is shortened.
