Abstract:
A precise laser deep hole machining device and a machining method. The precise laser deep hole machining device comprises a laser (1), a ring-focus parabolic reflective mirror (2), a truncated-cone type internal reflective mirror (3), a 45° total reflective mirror (4), a linear screw stepper motor (5), and a working table (6). The laser (1), the ring-focus parabolic reflective mirror (2), the truncated-cone type internal reflective mirror (3), the linear screw stepper motor (5), and the 45° total reflective mirror (4) are coaxially arranged in sequence along an optical axis; the working table (6) is arranged below the reflective surface of the 45° total reflective mirror (4); and a linear screw (51) of the linear screw stepper motor (5) is connected to the ring-focus parabolic reflective mirror (2).
