Abstract:
The invention's principal use is to enable the adopting banker to grow 'banking business' and relates to a banking system: Creates a new stream of strategic financing through employing the 'Bankers Scratch Cards' as a means to collect public deposits; and establishes a mechanism for existing customers TO MAKE 'bank deposits' using their cellular/mobile-phones; Creates and establishes a mechanism to enable the adopting banker to establish new banking relations with prospective customers using their cellular/mobile-phones; employ the cellular/mobile-phones as part of the mechanism to facilitate the allotment of public deposits/banking collected to the appropriate customers bank accounts;employs independent agent(s) and vendor's to supply, distribute and to sell to the banker's existing customers: (I) the adopted banker's credit 'Bankers Scratch Cards' and/or (II) the banker's cellular/mobile-phone's GSM-SIM Cards.

Claims:
CLAIMS

(A) Technical features that are part of prior art of that define conventional Mobile- Ban king-System: include technical features that enable existing customers to employ the mobile/cellular phone as a means to access for banking services such as:

S Bank Account Balance Enquiry,

S Funds Transfer,

S Mobile Phone Air-Time Credit Top-Up,

S Bill Payments,

S E-Cash transfer,

V and Service Requests such as Mini-Statement,

V Cheque Book request,

V Stop Cheque,

V PIN Change or Language Change.

Conventional Mobile-Banking-System: includes the following inter-linked systems, application programs, devices and instruments to enable the banker to offer the above services:

(1) Mobile banking unit: include one or more banking terminals such as ATMs, deposit machines and or/ multi-media enquiry stations. The Mobile banking unit is normally installed on a means of transport, such as a car, bus or train.

(2) Data Processing Center: which may be the mainframe computer of the bank responsible for the processing of the banking transactions and for information and data storage;

(3) Both the Mobile banking unit and the Data Processing Center are linked and equipped with a wireless communication device based on one or more mobile telephones with or without encryption devices and/or modems to perform all sorts of banking transactions.

(B) TECHNICAL FEATURES: THAT DEFINE 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' for which protection is sought are as stated from claim (1) to (45) hereunder:

(1) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system-characterized by a new perpetual 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system within the banking industry enabling the banker to receive 'prepaid-credit-banking' money and to recognize money received in the banker's systems, records and accounts. As described from part (2) through to part (17) of the invention description.

(2) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system-characterized in that it allows existing customers to employ the cellular/mobtle-phones as part of the mechanism to facilitate the collection of public deposits/banking as described from part (2)-(17) of the invention description. (3) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system - characterized in that it allows existing customers to employ the cellular/mobile-phones as part of the mechanism to facilitate or as a means and mechanism to establish new banking relationships with prospective customers as described from part (2)-(17) of the invention description.

(4) The invention, "Prepaid Credit Banking' system- characterized by and comprising of the following inter-linked systems, application programs, devices and instruments to facilitate the collection of public deposits/banking: Data Processing Center, as described in part (12-01), responsible for the processing of the banking transactions and for information and data storage; Private or Virtual Private Satellite-based Cellular/Mobile-phone Telecommunication Infrastructure and Network as described in part (12-02); An integrated and Interactive Private or Virtual Private Satellite-based Cellular/Mobile Telecommunication Network and Infrastructure system with the Adopted Bankers Main Frame Computer System and Application Program(ε), as described in part (12-03); Adopted Banker's cellular/mobile-phones GSM SIM Cards, as described in part (12-04); Adopted Banker's cellular/mobile-phones GSM-SIM Card's tailor made human-mobile phone integrated and interactive interface/ user cellular phone functional application program, as described in part (12-05); Adopted Banker's Prepaid-Money-Credit-Banking lnstrument{s)/'Banker's Scratch Cards' as described in part (12-06); Independent Agent(s) Retail Chain Distribution System to perform functions as described in part (12-07) and Adopted Banker's Multiple Independent Vendors as described in part (12-08);

(5) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system is characterized in that it create, establishes and causes the adopting banker to make, invest and implement a private or virtual private banking-telecommunication infrastructure and network with technical features as detailed in part (13-03) that ensure and assure effective 'Prepaϊd-Credit-Banking' system.

(6) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by the Adopting Banker's 'Banker's Scratch Card's-distribution system' as described in part (13-04) of the invention description, with functions as defined therein that facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(7) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Computer System and Application Program(s) (13-05): characterized by technical features by which the adopted banker may allow the adopted Banker's existing customers to employ and to use their cellular/mobile phones to access, connect and to make valid defined financial instructions to the banker's main computer system using the established adopted banker's private or virtual private satellite telecommunication infrastructure and network to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(8) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking1 system characterized by Computer System and Application Program(s) (13-05): characterized by technical features By which the banker may establish new banking relationships with prospective customers. With technical system features by which the banker accurately captures, registers and recognize detailed prospective customer information for prospective customers in remote locations within the reach adopted banker's private or virtual private satellite telecommunication infrastructure and network to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(9) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Computer System and Application Program(s) (13-05): characterized by technical features by which the banker may enable and allow the adopted banker's computer system with technical system features that enable the assignment of new customer accounts for the prospective customers holding mobile phones fitted with the banker's GSM-SIM Cards at remote locations accessible through the banker's cellular/mobile-phone telecommunication infrastructure and network to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit- Banking' system:

(10) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Computer System and Application Program(s) (13-05): characterized by technical features by which the banker may allow, make, and enable the opening of new customer accounts for the prospective customer from remote locations accessible through the banker's cellular/mobile-phone telecommunication infrastructure and network to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(11) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Computer System and Application Program(s) (13-05): characterized by technical features by which the banker's computer system may confirm relevant active new customers bank accounts to prospective customers at remote locations accessible through the banker's cellular/mobile-phone telecommunication infrastructure and network to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

Adopting Banker's cellular/mobile GSM 'SIM Cards' (13-06):

(12) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' characterized by Adopting Banker's cellular/mobile GSM 'SIM Cards' (13-06): with features to serve existing customers characterized by technical features, with sufficient information, appropriately coded by the adopting banker and recognizable to the banker's computer systems, records and accounts to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(13) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' characterized by Adopting Banker's cellular/mobile GSM 'SIM Cards' (13-06): with features to serve existing customers characterized by technical features that facilitates the recognition of individual existing customer connecting to the banker's systems and the recognition of all instructions received from the existing customers in the banker's main computer system to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(14) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' characterized by Adopting Banker's cellular/mobile GSM 'SIM Cards' (13-06): with features to serve existing customers characterized by technical features with sufficient technical details to enable the banker to identify individual customer relaying and communicating financial instructions and information to enable to capture, register, recognize and to allot prepaid money deposits to the appropriate banker's existing customers accounts in the banker's systems, records and accounts, for

(15) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' characterized by Adopting Banker's cellular/mobile GSM 'SIM Cards' (13-06): with features to serve existing customers characterized by technical features by which the adopting banker's systems recognizes the existing individual customer and customer's information and registers the details of the connecting cellular/mobile phones to the banker's main computer system of all remote successful connections and communications made to the banker's main computer system by all the existing customers, through the banker's infrastructure and network to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(16) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' characterized by Adopting Banker's cellular/mobile GSM 1SIM Cards' (13-06): with features to serve existing customers characterized by technical features by which the banker may allow existing customers to employ in their cellular/mobile-phones and by using the GSM-SIM Card information and the interactive human-cellular-phone application program/interface contained therein, as devices and means of accessing, affecting and effecting growth of credit banking deposits in their customers accounts using their cellular/mobile phones from remote locations accessible to the bankers telecommunication infrastructure and network to facilitates 'Prepaid- Credit-Banking' system;

(17) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' characterized by Adopting Banker's cellular/mobile GSM 'SIM Cards' (13-06): with features to serve existing customers characterized by technical features by which the banker may allow the existing customers to use in their mobile phones to communicate both financial and non-financial information and to make, affect and affect financial transactions in their customers bank accounts within the banker's computer system to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(18) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Adopting banker's cellular/mobile 'SIM Card' (13-07): with capabilities to facilitates the establishment of New Banking Relationships characterized by technical features by which the banker may allow prospective customers to use their Cellular/mobile-phones and the established banker's GSM-SIM Cards as effective means of establishing New banking relationships to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(19) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Adopting banker's cellular/mobile 'SIM Card' (13-07): with capabilities to facilitates the establishment of New Banking Relationships characterized by technical features by which the banker may allow and enable prospective customers to request registration for new bank accounts from remote locations within the banker's private or virtual private cellular/mobile-phone telecommunication reach to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(20) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Adopting banker's cellular/mobile 'SIM Card' (13-07): with capabilities to facilitates the establishment of New Banking Relationships characterized by technical features by which the banker may facilitate the capture and recording of appropriate prospective customer information into the bankers systems, records and accounts to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(21) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Adopting banker's cellular/mobile 'SIM Card' (13-07): with capabilities to facilitates the establishment of New Banking Relationships characterized by technical features by which the banker may allow and enable prospective customers to register for new customer accounts from remote locations to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(22) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system characterized by Adopting banker's cellular/mobile 'SIM Card' (13-07): with capabilities to facilitates the establishment of New Banking Relationships characterized by technical features by which the banker may allow prospective customers and existing customers to confirm their customer active bank accounts to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(26) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking', characterized by 'The Adopting Banker's Cellular/Mobile-Phone GSM-SIM-Card's Human-Cellular-Phone Application Program' (13-08): characterized by technical features May allow existing customers to employ their cellular/mobile-phones and to use the adopting 'Bankers Scratch Cards' Information as effective means of accessing the banker's systems and to affect and effect financial transactions and to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(27) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking', characterized by 'The Adopting Banker's Cellular/Mobile-Phone GSM-SIM-Card's Human-Cellular-Phone Application Program' (13-08): characterized by technical features may allow the existing customers to effectively capture of the purchased banker's scratch cards and the relevant information contained therein to relay and to communicate the information to the bankers computer systems and to assist in the allocation of prepaid-credit-banking to the appropriate existing customers accounts in the adopted banker's systems, records and accounts to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(28) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking', characterized by 'The Adopting Banker's Cellular/Mobile-Phone GSM-SIM-Card's Human-Cellular-Phone Application Program' (13-08): characterized by technical features May allow the existing customers to employ their cellular/mobile phones to relay and to communicate the purchase of adopted banker's scratch and information contained therein to top-up their bank accounts in the adopted banker's records and accounts to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(29) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking', characterized by 'The Adopting Banker's Ceϋufar/Mobile-Phone GSM-SIM-Card's Human-Celiular-Phone Application Program' (13-08): characterized by technical features May allow and enables the existing customers a means to top up credit and to make, affect and effect valid transactions from remote locations using the mobile phone to facilitates 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(30) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking', characterized by 'The Adopting Banker's Cellular/Mobile-Phone GSM-SIM-Card's Human-Cellular-Phone Application Program' (13-08): characterized by technical features May allow the use of Prepaid-Credit-Banking instrument/ Banker's Scratch Cards information, including the SIM Card information relayed through the customer's cellular/mobile phones as effective means or mechanism or facility of recognition and allocation of prepaid credit to appropriate existing customer account(s) in the bankers system, records and accounts to facilitates 'Prepaid- Credit-Banking' system;

(37) I claim hundred percent economic, related and moral rights to sell, license or bequeath the invention "prepaid credit banking" system as defined in part 5 through to part 13 of the invention description, either in part or in full.

(38) I claim economic, moral and related rights to allow the prospective adopting banker to use, adoption, create, establish, develop, implement, translate or importation, commissioning or designation of the invention "prepaid-credit- banking" as established and defined in part (2) through to part (17) of the description, the whole or part of the work without legal consent.

(39) I claim economic, moral and related rights to allow the prospective adopting banker to use, adopt, establish, develop, implement, commissioning, designation of a mechanism, facility and legal instrument defined herein as the 'Banker's Scratch Card', or any derivative .or instrument, however defined, that may either: allow and enable the adopting banker to collect, receive and recognize prepaid credit banking or a system by which the adopted banker may capture, register, recognize, allot and effect existing customers deposits for instructions through existing customer's mobile phones instructions received by the adopted banker systems made by the existing customers from remote locations using their mobile phones, as created and established by the invention 'Prepaid credit banking' as described in part (2) through to part (17) of the invention description, the whole or part of the work without legal consent.

Banker's SIM Card designed to grow existing customers banking:

(40) I claim economic, moral and related rights to allow the prospective adopting banker to adopt, use, establish, develop, implement, commissioning or designation of a customer mobile phone integrated interface or user-mobile phone application program or built-in human-mobile phone application program contained in the adopting bankers SIM Cards by which the adopted banker may allow and enable existing customers to employ or use the Bankers Scratch Cards to make, affect and effect valid credit entries in the adopted bankers accounts and records in the main frame computer or that may enable existing customers to grow their bank deposit accounts from remote locations using the mobile phones, as created, established and defined in the invention "prepaid credit banking" according to part (2) through to part (17) of the invention description, the whole or part of the work without legal consent.

Banker's SIM Cards designed to set up new banking relationships:

(41) I claim economic, moral and related rights to allow a prospective adopting banker to either adopt, use, establish, develop, implement, commissioning or the designation of a customer-mobile-phone integrated interface or user-mobile phone application program or built-in human-mobile phone application program contained or to be contained in the adopting bankers SIM Cards by which the adopted banker may allow: the establishment of new banking relationships with prospective customers, accurate capture of detailed customer information, registration of prospective customers, opening of new customer accounts or confirmation of activate customer accounts from remote locations using the customer's mobile phones, as created, established and defined in the invention "prepaid credit banking" according to part (2) through to part (17) of the invention description, either the whole or part of the work without legal consent.

(42) I claim economic, moral and related rights to allow the prospective adopting banker to designate or to commissioning for the provision of telecommunication services, or for the commissioning of the adopted bankers independent agents or vendors for the services of collection and payments of remote cash transactions or for services to server the existing customers in remote locations using mobile phones, whether based on volume of transaction, transaction levels, sale margin or sale volume levels or by way of commission, however defined, as envisaged, created and established by the invention "prepaid credit banking" as established and defined according to part (2) through to part (17) of the invention description, the whole or part of the work without legal consent.

(43) I claim economic, moral and related rights to allow the prospective adopting banker or the prospective adopting telecommunication service provider, or the prospective adopted bankers independent agents: to market, advertise, promote, or distribution to the public, the invention 'Prepaid Credit Banking' or the adopting " bankers cellular/mobile phones SIM Cards' or the adopting 'Banker's Scratch Cards' as created and established by the invention 'Prepaid Credit Banking' as described according to part (2) through to part (18) of the invention description, the whole or part of the work without legal consent.

(44) I claim economic, moral and related rights to allow the prospective adopting banker to establish or implement a banking-telecommunication infrastructure and/or network for the purpose of collecting public deposits as created and established by the invention 'Prepaid Credit Banking' as described according to part (2) through to part (17) of the invention description, the whole or part of the work without legal consent.

(45) I claim economic, moral and related rights to allow: the copying or translation of the invention for the purpose established or as created and structured by the invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' according to part (2) through to part (17) of the invention description, in any material form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, the whole or part of the work without legal consent.

Description:
PRELIMINARY

PRELIMINARY TO THE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION: 'PREPAID CREDIT BANKING'

(1) Interpretations-in this corrected patent invention application documents, unless the context otherwise requires-

(1-1) 'Adopting Bankers Independent Vendors' includes any trade, agency, independent outlets of the agent, the independent vendor's vending machine however defined, Consignor or an optional purchaser, adventure or concern in the nature of trade of the Adopting Banker's Prepaid Money . Credit (Banker's Scratch Cards)/ or Adopted Bankers GSM SIM Cards at a commission;

(1-2) 'Adopting Bankers SIM Card' means the adopting bankers cellular/mobile-phones GSM SIM Cards-bearing a customer-mobile- phone integrated interface (a human-mobile phone functional application program as a standard feature in the menu of the adopting banker's cellular/mobile phone SIM Cards), by which the banker may allow and enable existing customers to employ in their cellular/mobile- phones to communicate to the banker's system, both financial and non- financial information.

(1-3) 'Banker* means a bank or financial institution or micro-finance or any institution or business, however defined, whether licensed or otherwise operating under the banking / finance act or any institution collecting public deposits under any appropriate act of any legal jurisdiction;

(1-4) 'Banker's Scratch Card' means a defined legal instrument established by the adopting banker, as a data input facility; of defined definite and unequivocal electronic currency credit value / (e-money), bearing the adopting banker's series of different input data validation checks, that allows a customer to credit purchased prepaid credit of defined definite and unequivocal electronic currency; equivalent to the amount indicate on the face of the adopting banker's legal currency (e-money), into his/her bank account, using his / her mobile phone from remote location, through the established modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICT);

(1-5) 'Commission' means remuneration in any manner, made by the adopting banker, to the adopting banker's independent agents and vendors for the distribution and/or sale of the adopting banker prepaid credit banking- ('the Bankers Scratch Cards') and/or the banker's SIM Cards, whether based on quantity or sale margin or sale volume levels;

(1-6) 'Existing Customers' means customers who already have an existing relationship with the adopting banker and operating authorized active customer bank accounts with the adopting banker; (1-7) 'Independent Agent(s)' will include the multiple appointed qualified agents, commissioned by the adopting banker, to distribute and/or to sell the Adopting Banker Prepaid Credit banking (the Banker's Scratch Cards) and/or the banker's SIM cards at a commission under an appropriate accord however defined;

(1-8) 'Money 1 includes a cheque, bank note, bank draft, money order or postal draft or postal money order, or sum received through the bank giro system or through the banking swift global transfer system;

(1-10) 'SMS Electronic Value' means the e-value of the face value of the adopting banker's scratch card or as indicated by the adopting banker data input record or the value as confirmed by the adopting banker's main computer system.

DESCRIPTION

(1) THIS INVENTION, 'Prepaid Credit Banking', is an innovative mobile-banking system.

(2) The invention's Principal use is to enable the adopting banker to grow 'banking business'.

(3) The invention provides the adopting banker a structured system for the collection of public deposits.

(4) Clearing banks collect money through different means and mechanisms from the individual personal saver, where part is.used to repay investors and the rest used for credit creation.

(5) The currently Mobile-Banking-System employed by convention banks, employs the mobile/cellular phone as a means to provides customers with banking services such as: Bank Account Balance Enquiry, " Funds Transfer, Mobile Phone Air-Time Credit Top-Up, Bill Payments, E-Cash and Service Requests such as Mini-Statement, Cheque Book request, Stop Cheque, PIN Change or Language Change.

(6) The current Mobile-Banking-System employed by convention banks does not employ the cellular/mobile-phones as part of the mechanism to facilitate the collection of public deposits/banking and/or as a means and mechanism to establish new banking relationships with prospective customers.

(7) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system seeks to provide the adopted banker a structured system and mechanism to facilitate collection of public deposits/banking through the selling to existing customers prepaid-credit-banking through the means of the Adopted Banker's Prepaid-Money-Credit-Banking lnstrument(s)/ 'Bankers Scratch Cards'.

(8) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking 1 system, employs the adopted banker's designated agent(s) and the multiple-independent vendors to distribute and sell to the existing customer the Adopted Banker's Prepaid-Money-Credit-Banking Inst rum ent(s)- through the means herein referred to as the 'Banker's Scratch Cards' as means and mechanism for collecting public deposits/banking.

(9) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking 1 system, provides a mechanism by which the banker may allow the existing customers to employ their cellular/mobile- phones as mechanisms to relay and to communicate to the adopted banker's computer system, the purchase of prepaid-credit-banking/ 'Banker's Scratch Cards' through sending the instructions therein through the adopted bankers private or virtual private geographical satellite telecommunication system and to enable the banker to allot 'prepaid credit banking' to the appropriate customers accounts in the banker's systems, records and accounts. (10) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking 1 , seeks to provide the adopted banker a system through which It may enable and allow it's existing customers to employ their cellular/mobile-phones as devices and as means by which to relay and to communicate to the banker's computer system both financial and non- financial information and to make, effect and affect financial instructions in their money deposit transactions and savings accounts from remote locations, within the reach of the Adopted Banker private/or virtual private satellite-based Telecommunication Network and infrastructure;

(11) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' also seeks to provide the adopted banker a mechanism by which the banker may enable and allow prospective customers to use their cellular/mobile-phones as devices and as means for establishing new banking relationships with the adopting banker from remote locations, within the reach of the Adopted Banker private/or virtual private satellite-based Telecommunication Network and infrastructure.

(12) The invention, 'Prepaid Credit Banking' system; besides a competent qualified team of experts, will comprise of:

(12-01) Adopted Banker Data Processing Center/Unit with appropriate controls; which is the Adopted Banker's main computer system responsible for the processing of the banking transactions and for information and data storage;

(12-02) Adopted Banker's Private or Virtual Private Satellite-based Cellular/Mobile Telecommunication Infrastructure and Network linked to adopted Banker's Data Processing Center- by which the adopted banker may allow existing customers, within telecommunication reach from their remote locations, to establish connection and to communicate both financial and non-financial information with Adopted Banker's main computer system and to make, affect and effect financial transactions from their cellular/mobile-phones.

(12-03) An Integrated and Interactive Private or Virtual Private Satellite- based Cellular/Mobile Telecommunication Network and Infrastructure System with the Adopted Bankers Main Frame Computer System and Application Program(s) that allow and enable REMOTE system compatibility and remote communication with existing banker's qualified mobile phones customers within it's reach; '

(12-04) Adopted Banker's cellular/mobile-phones GSM SIM Cards with distinguishing technical characteristics: by which the adopted banker may allow both the adopted banker's existing and prospective customers to employ their cellular/mobile-phones fitted with this banker's GSM-SIM Cards to undertake defined functions and remote communication with the adopted bankers main computer system and its data processing center/unit;

(12-05) Adopted Banker's cellular/mobile-phones GSM-SIM Card's tailor made human-mobile phone integrated and interactive interface/ user cellular phone functional application program, compatible with the adopted banker's main computer system and application(s) program(s), by which the adopted banker may allow both the existing and prospective customers to employ in their cellular/mobile phones to undertake defined functions and remote communication with the adopted bankers data processing center/unit;

(12-06) Adopted Banker's Prepaid-Money-Credit-Banking lnstrument(s): described herein as Adopted 'Banker's Scratch Cards', by which the adopted banker may allow existing customers to purchase and use the instructions therein and to employ their cellular/mobile-phones fitted with the adopted banker's GSM-SIM Cards, to relay and to communicate the Adopted 'Banker's Scratch Cards' information therein, their purchase of prepaid-credit-banking, and to make, affect and effect financial instructions in their customer's bank accounts in the adopted banker's systems, records and accounts;

(12-07) Independent Agent(s) Retail Chain Distribution System: designated to distribute and/or to sell either the Adopted Banker's Prepaid-Credit- banking-'Banker's Scratch Cards' and/or the adopted banker's cellular/mobile phone GSM-SIM Cards at a commission;

The innovation is characterized in that it creates, establishes within the Adopting Banker's main computer system, an Integrated and Interactive Computer Application program(s) with technical capabilities that implements 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system:

(1) by which the adopted banker may allow the adopted Banker's existing customers to employ and to use their cellular/mobile phones to access, connect and to make valid defined financial instructions to the banker's main computer system using the established adopted banker's private or virtual private satellite telecommunication infrastructure and network:

(2) By which the banker may establish new banking relationships with prospective customers. With technical system features by which the banker accurately captures, registers and recognize detailed prospective customer information for prospective customers in remote locations within the reach adopted banker's private or virtual private satellite telecommunication infrastructure and network:;

(4) by which the adopting banker's systems recognizes the existing individual customer and customer's information and registers the details of the connecting cellular/mobile phones to the banker's main computer system of all remote successful connections and communications made to the banker's main computer system by all the existing customers, through the banker's infrastructure and network;

(5) by which the banker may allow existing customers to employ in their cellular/mobile-phones and by using the GSM-SIM Card information and the interactive human-cellular-phone application program/interface contained therein, as devices and means of accessing, affecting and effecting growth of credit banking deposits in their customers accounts using their cellular/mobile phones from remote locations accessible to the bankers telecommunication infrastructure and network;

(6) by which the banker may allow the existing customers to use in their mobile phones to communicate both financial and non- financial information and to make, affect and affect financial transactions in their customers bank accounts within the banker's computer system;

(3) may facilitate the capture and recording of appropriate prospective customer information into the bankers systems, records and accounts;

(4) may allow and enable prospective customers to register for new customer accounts from remote locations;

(5) May allow prospective customers and existing customers to confirm their customer active bank accounts.

(13.08) Adopting banker's Cellular/mobile-phone SIM Card's Human- Cellular-phone Application Program:

The innovation is characterized in that it creates, establishes, develops and implements within the banking industry and within the adopting banker's cellular/mobile phones SIM Cards-the adopting banker human-mobile phone integrated interface /or a human-mobile phone functional application program with technical features and capabilities to facilitate 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system-

(1) By which the customer may appropriately interact with the banker's computer system and which Integrated appropriately with the banker's established computer systems, application program(s), records and accounts therein;

(2) by which the adopted banker may allow the existing customer's to use their cellular/mobile-phones and to appropriately capture the purchased prepaid-credit-banking system instruction/'Banker's Scratch Cards' information and to effectively communicate the purchase to the banker's computer system using the established banker's private or virtual private telecommunication infrastructure and network; (3) May allow existing customers to use their mobile phones to access, communicate, make, effect and affect financial instructions in their bank accounts from remote locations accessible to the bankers systems;

(4) May allow existing customers to employ their cellular/mobile- phones and to use the adopting 'Bankers Scratch Cards' Information as effective means of accessing the banker's systems and to affect and effect financial transactions;

(5) may allow the existing customers to effectively capture of the purchased banker's scratch cards and the relevant information contained therein to relay and to communicate the information to the bankers computer systems and to assist in the allocation of prepaid-credit-banking to the appropriate existing customers accounts in the adopted banker's systems, records and accounts;

(13.90) Adopting Bankers Prepaid-Credit-Banking lnstrument(s)/ 'Bankers Scratch Cards':

The innovation is characterized in that it creates, establishes and implements a mechanism, facility/legal instrument or a data input document, defined herein as the 'Banker's Scratch Card", characterized by the following features to enable facilitate 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' system;

(1) Recognizable to the adopting banker's systems and computer application program(s), with appropriate customers instructions and system information that is to be employed by existing customers to communicate with the banker systems;

(2) By which the banker may allow existing customers to use as system instruction note and as a means of making, effecting and affecting credit entries in their bank accounts from remote locations;

(3) employed by the banker as a means to collect and to receive 'Prepaid-Credit-Banking' money from the Adopting banker a 'Banker's Scratch Card-distribution system' (13-04): (4) employed by the banker as a means, including the SIM Card information to enable the banker's computer system to capture, register, recognize and to allot prepaid money deposits to the appropriate adopted banker's existing customers bank accounts, from remote locations;

(5) employed by the banker as a means for the existing customers to top up credit in their customers bank accounts and to grow the existing customer deposits from remote locations through their cellular/mobile-phones;

(6) With sufficient customer and computer system information to enable, the existing customers to use the instrument/'Banker's Scratch Cards' as the adopted banker's system-advice instruction notes and as evidence of cash-deposit system-instruction note and as cash deposit slips.

The above technical characteristic features thus distinguish the innovation from the prior services in operation such as mobile funds transfer, bill- payments service and other services request.

(1) To aϋows and enables the adopting banker to: Create a new and permanent perpetual prepaid credit banking, provide the adopting banker with cheep financing to achieve strategic financial objectives: Mechanism to establish new banking relationships with prospective customers from the mass-market', register; open and activate new customer accounts; receive money/ prepaid credit finances for credit creation; recognition of prepaid credit on customer accounts and bank statements and assist to help grow customer deposits;

(2) To allows and enables eligible members of the public who subscribe for the adopting bankers services to -Open new savings and transactions accounts; access, make, affect and effect transactions any time from any location through mobile phones facilitated by the mobile-to- banking systems interface, any time from any location leveraging on the adopting banker systems and process.

The objectives are meant to assist the adopting bankers: increase banking business, Increase profitability through transactions volumes; business market expansion and to achieve strategic commercial advantage.

(15) The adopted banker's operations/ mechanics of a preferred embodiment of the Perpetual Prepaid Credit Banking'

(1) Money: The Adopted Banker receives and recognizes the prepaid credit money deposit, paid for the designated-coded adopted bankers scratch cards, paid-in by the independent designated agent for the same received from the distribution system/independent agents and vendors, in a suspense credit account in the adopting bankers records and accounts

The Perpetual 'Prepaid Credit Banking' Credit Creation:

(2) The 'Perpetual Prepaid Credit Banking' as described creates and establishes within the banking industry a new framework that allows and enables the adopting banker to create, access, receive and recognize a new steam of prepaid money deposits from existing customers.

Existing customers

(7) The existing customer operating an active customer bank account, may be allowed to purchase legal credit ('Bankers Scratch Cards') and to access, make, effect and affect a credit entry into his bank customer account as evidence of purchase of the bankers scratch cards/ (e-value) indicated on the face of legal instrument of the adopting bankers scratch card, using the implemented system and designed framework.

(8) The money will then be recognized and allocated appropriately to the customers accounts by the interactive and integrated automated operational computer program in the main computer system, upon receipt, of appropriate instructions of e-money transfer using data and messaging functions or Short Message Service 'SMS' capabilities of the mobile phone technologies.

The adopting banker has to: duly plan, design, develop, test and implement a suitable framework to ensure and assure the integrity of accounting data and accounting records that he maintains: Implement a relevant and an appropriate control systems, which may include data encryption device(s) to ensure and assure system relevance and reliability and to secure the integrity of information maintained; Draft appropriate terms and conditions to govern and regulate the new system; Outsourcing the sales function to bankers authorized agents or to independent outlets authorized to sell the prepaid credit to the multiple independent vendors for onward sale to the adopting bankers customers; enter into appropriate agency relationships with qualified multiple independent agents and outlets to conduct such duties, as- shall -b,e specified in the bankers agency accord(s); Commission for the Printing of the Bankers-Scratch-Cards of assigned electronic value to appropriate security printing firms; Sell and make available the prepaid credit (e.g. bankers scratch cards) under the specified bankers terms and conditions to the multiple appointed agents, the authorized outlets and the independent vendors for onward sell to the adopting bankers customers; Keep and maintain an accurate record of all accounts and transaction as required by the established legal and regulatory framework.

(10) The qualified customers to -access and get connect to a reliable cellular network system / mobile service provider; Meet the adopting banker's registration requirement: the prospective customer will be required to understand and meet all registration requirements governing the process; Confirm and Accept all legal binding requirements: the prospective customer will be required to confirm and sign acceptance of the bankers terms and conditions for service; Presentment for acceptance: All transactions must be duly presented by the customer to the adopting banker as shall be specified under the terms and conditions of service for payments, otherwise the banker will be discharged from their liability.

(11) The independent agents of the adopting banker to -be appropriately qualified; duly appointed and authorized by the adopting banker to conduct such services as shall be defined by the adopting banker from time to time; sign-up to an express bankers legal accord to act as authorized by the instrument to make and conduct legal relations and transactions as shall be specified; purchase and to hold a stock of the adopting bankers prepaid credit, which may include the bankers scratch cards of different electronic value for sell to the independent vendors for the mass-market and to make and conduct such transactions as shall be defined within the bankers agency accord.

It is important that the adopting banker institutes suitable and appropriate controls to ensure and assure the integrity of the system this will include:
