Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for an aloe-derived exosome and use thereof. Provided is a method for preparing an aloe-derived exosome, which comprises obtaining a high-purity aloe-derived exosome by combining differential centrifugation with high-speed centrifugation. The aloe-derived exosome has multiple functions, including promoting cell repair, reducing radioactive skin injury, promoting cell proliferation, promoting the epithelial-mesenchymal transition of cells, and the like. According to the present invention, the problems of low bioavailability of aloe and insufficient research on the efficacy of aloe-derived exosomes in the prior art are solved, and an effective material is provided for drugs for skin diseases. Meanwhile, the present invention provides an effective treatment means for the treatment of radioactive skin injury, which facilitates further development of treatment of cancer and other diseases.
