Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials. Disclosed is a preparation method for an amphiphilic nanosheet, comprising the following steps: mixing choline chloride and urea, and heating to prepare a choline chloride urea-based eutectic solvent; adding styrene, divinylbenzene and azodiisobutyronitrile into an advanced alkane solvent, and stirring and dissolving to obtain an oil phase solvent, wherein the addition amount of the divinylbenzene is greater than 5% of the mass of the styrene monomer; and adding a hydrophilic monomer, hexadecyl-trimethylammonium chloride and the oil phase solvent into the eutectic solvent, stirring and mixing, introducing gas to remove oxygen, then heating to 70℃ and reacting for at least 6 h, and then crushing and centrifuging to obtain the amphiphilic nanosheet. According to the present invention, a block polymer does not need to be prepared in advance, and a hydrophobic monomer is physically isolated from the hydrophilic monomer, so that the prepared amphiphilic nanosheet has an obvious partition and is not prone to agglomeration. The method is similar to conventional emulsion polymerization, the amphiphilic nanosheet is prepared by means of one step, and thus the preparation process is simple; and the product yield is high, and mass production is facilitated.
