Abstract:
A preparation method for and use of a high-purity powder material and a biphasic powder material. The high-purity powder material is prepared by means of atomization comminuting and a phase removal method. In the preparation method, firstly, intermediate alloy powder in which a second-phase matrix covers first-phase particles is prepared by using an atomization comminuting technique. During solidification of the intermediate alloy powder, impurity elements are concentrated to the second-phase matrix, so that the first-phase particles are purified. The second-phase matrix in the intermediate alloy powder is removed, so that a high-purity target powder material consisting of the original first-phase particles can be obtained. The preparation method has the characteristics of simple processes, easy operations and low costs, can prepare various high-purity powder materials comprising nanoscale, submicron-scale and micron-scale materials, and has good application prospects in the fields of catalytic materials, powder metallurgy, composite materials, wave-absorbing materials, sterilization materials, metal injection molding, 3D printing and additive manufacturing, coating, etc.
