Abstract:
A presser foot lifting and needle pitch adjusting mechanism on a sewing machine. The presser foot lifting and needle pitch adjusting mechanism comprises: a power member (3); a needle pitch adjusting and presser foot lifting driving shaft (6), the needle pitch adjusting and presser foot lifting driving shaft and the power member being in driving connection with each other and synchronously rotating; a presser foot lifting driving cam (5), the presser foot lifting driving cam being provided with a working contour surface, which comprises a presser foot lifting static contour section (53) and a presser foot lifting working contour section (52); and a needle pitch adjusting driving cam (7), the needle pitch adjusting driving cam having a working contour surface, which can be divided into a needle pitch adjusting driving contour section (72) and a needle pitch adjusting static contour section (73), the presser foot lifting driving cam and the needle pitch adjusting driving cam being mounted on the needle pitch adjusting and presser foot lifting driving shaft, and respectively being in driving connection with a corresponding presser foot lifting mechanism and a corresponding needle pitch adjusting mechanism. Since the presser foot lifting and needle pitch adjusting mechanism achieves, by means of one power member, the two functions of presser foot lifting and needle pitch adjusting, the structure can be greatly simplified, such that the structure is simple and compact, the transmission efficiency is high, and the stability is good; moreover, compared with an existing sewing machine, such driving assembly has fewer parts involved, thereby also having a relatively low manufacturing cost. In addition, provided is a sewing machine comprising the presser foot lifting and needle pitch adjusting mechanism.
