Abstract:
The present invention improves convenience by proposing the print authorization acquisition method that is most appropriate for the printing device or the user. A print service providing system 1: obtains change information related to a change in the guaranteed print volume or the printable number of sheets on a multi-function peripheral 200 in S5, S15, S40; determines a new print authorization acquisition method to propose to the relevant user or the multi-function peripheral 200 on the basis of the acquired change information in S10, S20, S45; and outputs proposal information corresponding to the determined print authorization acquisition method to a mobile terminal 300 corresponding to the user or the multi-function peripheral 200 in S25, S50, S60.
