Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a probe holder that, by means of a simple configuration, secures a plurality of probes such that the probes have a prescribed positional relationship. A probe holder (1) that holds probes that emit or detect light and is to be mounted on the head of a subject. The probe holder comprises: a plurality of base units (2) that each hold three adjacent probes (PR1–PR3) on a single plate; and a joining element (C1) that connects a plurality of adjacent probes (PR3–PR5) that are on different base units (2) at a center point (P1) that is equidistant from the plurality of probes (PR3–PR5).
