Water is passed through an ion-exchange resin (32), a tourmaline mixture (46) comprising tourmaline and aluminum oxide, and a rock (54) having negative ions in this order by jointing soft water generators (10, 12), an ion generator containing the tourmaline mixture (46), and a container of the rock (54) in series.
