Abstract:
A processing system (1100) configured from a combination of a plurality of modules, wherein: the processing system comprises a table module (600-1, 600-2, 600-3) provided with a table for securing a workpiece, a tool module (500-1, 500-2, 500-3) joined to the table module, and a drive module (560, 700, 750, 770) on which each of the table module and the tool module is placed; and at least two table modules are positioned together and joined to each other along a prescribed first axis (OCC) to form a main line.
