Abstract:
This production management device comprises: a plan quantity acquisition unit that acquires a production plan quantity for a first period of a first process for producing a product, and a production plan quantity for a second period subsequent to the first period of the first process; an actual quantity acquisition unit that acquires the actual production quantity for the first period of the first process; a target quantity calculation unit that calculates a target production quantity for the second period of the first process on the basis of the production plan quantity for the second period of the first process and the difference between the production plan quantity for the first period of the first process and the actual production quantity in the first period of the first process; and a display control unit that displays the calculation results from the target quantity calculation unit on a display unit.
