Abstract:
Each of a plurality of component mounting machines (14) constituting a component mounting line (10) identifies a board ID of a circuit board (11) conveyed thereto during production, transmits the board ID to a production management computer (30), measures, at prescribed measuring intervals during production, actual machine data for early detection of mounting failures, and transmits the measurement results to the production management computer. Meanwhile, the production management computer saves the board IDs received from each component mounting machine together with a time-stamp, for each component mounting machine, monitors for each component mounting machine whether or not there is a possibility of mounting failure, on the basis of the measurement results, and if the possibility of mounting failure is determined for any of the component mounting machines, extracts the board IDs of any circuit boards on which a component has been mounted by the affected component mounting machine subsequent to the previous measurement time, on the basis of the measuring interval and the time-stamped board IDs, and displays a list of said circuit boards as a list of circuit boards for which there is a possibility of mounting failure.
