Abstract:
A radiation detector card of the present invention has a plurality of semiconductor elements provided on a substrate. Each of the semiconductor elements has a plurality of first electrodes that are provided on one main surface, and a second electrode that is provided on the other main surface, and the substrate has first electrode wiring, which is electrically connected to each of the first electrodes, and a card edge unit, which transmits signals to an external electric circuit, said signals having been transmitted from the semiconductor elements. The second electrode is associated with a second electrode identifier which identifies each of the semiconductor elements, and the first electrodes are associated with first electrode identifiers which identify the first electrodes, respectively. The first electrode wiring electrically connects together the first electrode associated with one of the first electrode identifiers in one of the semiconductor elements, and the first electrode associated with the same first electrode identifier in another one of the semiconductor elements.
