Abstract:

In a radio packet communication method for parallel transmitting a plurality of radio packets by use of a plurality of radio channels that are judged as being open by carrier sense, or for parallel transmitting a plurality of radio packets by use of space division multiplexing using a single radio channel that is judged as being open, or for parallel transmitting a plurality of radio packets by use of combination of them, an indispensable channel to be necessarily used for transmission is set, and only when the indispensable channel is open, radio channels including this indispensable channel are used to transmit the radio packets. That is, in a case of parallel transmitting a plurality of radio packets, radio channels including the indispensable channel are used for transmission, and if the indispensable channel is not open, the transmission is inhibited.
