Abstract:
This radio wave reflection device comprises: a first substrate including a patch electrode, a strip wiring connected to the patch electrode, a transistor electrically connected to the strip wiring; a second substrate including a counter electrode facing the patch electrode; and a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the strip wiring has a first straight part that is in the same direction as the vibration direction of a polarized wave incident on the patch electrode, and a second straight part that intersects with the vibration direction of the polarized wave.
