Abstract:
A rail-vehicle activation device and a rail vehicle having the same. Activation devices are provided in carriages of a rail vehicle comprising a plurality of marshalled carriages. The activation devices each comprise: a target power source (10) connected to an activation busbar (64) by means of a first branch (61), wherein the activation busbar passes through the rail vehicle comprising the plurality of marshalled carriages; and a circuit switch (20) for controlling connection and disconnection of the first branch. The activation device resolves a technical issue in the prior art, in which current rail-vehicle activation methods do not allow a control section of each rail-vehicle carriage to activate and control its own carriage.
