Abstract:
A railway tank car for conveying concentrated sulfuric acid comprises a tank (1), a manhole (9) provided on the tank (1), a liquid pumping apparatus (10), and a heating sleeve (2). The tank (1) comprises a front seal head (11), a cylinder (12), and a rear seal head (13). The heating sleeve (2) comprises a heating sleeve support (21) and a heating sleeve plate (22) covering the heating sleeve support (21). The heating sleeve support (21) comprises a T-shaped frame (211) and multiple arch-shaped supports (212). The arch-shaped supports (212) are disposed in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the cylinder (12), and are provided inside the T-shaped frame (211). Multiple vent holes (2121) are uniformly provided on the multiple arch-shaped supports (212) in a circumferential direction. At least one gas inlet hole (221) is provided at the bottom of the heating sleeve plate (22). At least one gas discharging hole (222) is provided on two respective sides at the top of the heating sleeve plate (22). A water discharging port (223) is provided at the lowest position on the bottom of the heating sleeve plate (22). A vent port (2122) is provided at two respective end portions of each of the arch-shaped supports (212). The invention resolves the issue in which an unreasonable structure of existing heating sleeve supports for a tank car results in ineffective use of steam during heating and longer heating times.
