A refrigerator and an air duct device (101) thereof. The air duct device (101) comprises an air duct cover plate (200), air duct foam (300), and an air door (100). An air duct (400) is defined by the air duct foam (300). The air door (100) comprises a base plate portion (110). The base plate portion (110) is rotatably attached to the inner wall of the air duct cover plate (200) and is provided with at least one arc-shaped guide hole (111, 113). Multiple limiting portions (115) are formed on the hole wall of at least part of the arc-shaped guide holes (111, 113). A strip-shaped through hole (112) parallel to the corresponding arc-shaped guide hole (111, 113) is further formed in the base plate portion (110) and is close to one side of the hole wall where the limiting portions (115) are disposed. A shielding portion (120) extends backwards into the air duct (400) from the edge of the base plate portion (110) and adjusts the ventilation area of the air duct (400) when rotating along with the base plate portion (110). At least one guide post (230) extends backwards from the inner wall of the air duct cover plate (200), is inserted into the corresponding arc-shaped guide hole (111, 113), and is in interference fit with the corresponding arc-shaped guide hole (111, 113).
