Abstract:
Specifically provided are a regulatory T cell, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof, which belong to the field of molecular immunology. By treating Treg cells in vitro by means of an adenosine 5'-monophosphate-activated protein kinase selective inhibitor Compound C, the immunosuppression effect of the Treg cells is selectively enhanced. Furthermore, by means of transferring the Treg cells by means of adoptive transfer, the secretion of interleukin-17 is inhibited, and the expression of a forkhead box protein P3 is promoted, thereby providing a reference for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases.
