Abstract:
A reliability test method based on a solid-state relay, comprising the following steps: confirming a verification target value T of a solid-state relay test, and calculating a total test duration Ttotal according to a GJB899A-2009 sequential test statistical scheme; 2) setting environmental stress parameters of the solid-state relay test; 3) designing a solid-state relay reliability qualification test profile according to the determined environmental stress parameters of the solid-state relay test, and designing a solid-state relay test scheme by means of the total test duration Ttotal; and 4) in the process of executing the solid-state relay test scheme, determining, according to an accepting-rejecting determination standard of the selected sequential test statistical scheme, whether the solid-state relay test passes. According to the method, the gap that no common industrial and civil solid-state relay test method exists at present is filled, and the working duration when the reliability of the solid-state relay is 90% is taken as a test verification target value, the test efficiency is greatly improved, and a large number of resources such as expenditure, manpower and material resources are saved.
