Abstract:
A respiratory support device and a ventilation control method therefor, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: the respiratory support device determines corresponding mechanical energy when ventilating a patient according to different positive end expiratory pressures within a preset time period, to obtain a plurality of mechanical energies (S101); and the respiratory support device sets the corresponding positive end expiratory pressure as a target positive end expiratory pressure when the mechanical energy among the plurality of mechanical energies is minimum or begins to significantly increase (S102). The accuracy and timeliness of positive end expiratory pressure adjustment are improved, and the convenience and reliability of ventilation control over the respiratory support device are improved.
