Abstract:
This robot control device is provided with: an image data acquisition unit which acquires image data, imaged by a camera, of a teaching substrate arranged in the target position of a substrate to be taught, and of a substrate placement area of a hand; a virtual substrate information generating unit which generates information about a virtual substrate virtually arranged on the substrate placement area of the hand in the image data; a manipulation unit which, by being manipulated, generates manipulation information corresponding to said manipulation; an image display unit which displays an image of the teaching substrate and the virtual substrate on a screen; a robot operation control unit which controls operation of a robot arm in accordance with the manipulation information; and a teaching data recording unit which records, as teaching data, the position of the hand when the virtual substrate matches the teaching substrate.
