Abstract:
Joint modules (11) of a robotic arm (10). The joint modules (11) each comprise a joint housing (111), a driving assembly (112), a speed reduction assembly (113), first fasteners (1161), second fasteners (1162) and third fasteners (1163), wherein the driving assembly comprises an output shaft (1121), a lower bearing housing (1124) and a lower bearing (1126); an inner race and an outer race of the lower bearing are respectively connected to the output shaft and the lower bearing housing; the lower bearing housing is fixed to the joint housing by means of the first fasteners; the speed reduction assembly is fixed to the joint housing by means of the second fasteners; and an input shaft (1131) of the speed reduction assembly is fixed to the output shaft by means of the third fasteners. The output shaft of the driving assembly and the input shaft of the speed reduction assembly are independent structural parts and are detachably connected by means of fasteners, so that not only are the driving assembly and the speed reduction assembly allowed to be respectively subjected to related performance tests before being assembled, but later maintenance is also facilitated. Meanwhile, a reduction in vibration and noise of the speed reduction assembly is also facilitated. Further disclosed is a robotic arm comprising the joint modules.
