Abstract:
A rotary drilling rig integrated with winch pressurization and cylinder pressurization, and a transportation method therefor. The rotary drilling rig comprises a mast (102) and a power head (16) movably disposed on the mast (102); the rotary drilling rig further comprises a winch pressurization system (100) and a cylinder pressurization system (200), the winch pressurization system (100) is connected to the power head (16) so as to exert pressure on the power head (16), and the cylinder pressurization system (200) is disposed on the mast (102) and connected to the power head (16) so as to exert pressure on the power head (16); when the winch pressurization system (100) operates, the cylinder pressurization system (200) is separated from the power head (16); when the cylinder pressurization system (200) operates, the winch pressurization system (100) floats and rotates along with the cylinder pressurization system (200). The rotary drilling rig simultaneously has two pressurization modes of winch pressurization and cylinder pressurization, and the two pressurization modes can be switched to each other, thereby making use of respective advantages and avoiding respective defects to adapt to drilling operations of different working conditions and different strata and to achieve high construction efficiency. In addition, during transportation of the rotary drilling rig, the mast (102) can be folded at a hinge point thereof to facilitate transportation of the rotary drilling rig.
