Abstract:
A rotary electrical machine wherein an armature has a toothless structure having a multiphase armature winding (61) that includes phase windings for each phase. The armature winding has a coil side (CS) which faces a magnet part in the radial direction and a coil end (CE) which is disposed outward of the magnet part in the axial direction. Among the coil side and the coil end of the armature winding, the coil end has wound thereon a winding member (401) which is thread-like or fabric-like. The winding member fixes the phase windings of each phase aligned in the circumferential direction.
