Claim :- 1 claim: -

1. RRBTT is the only method in which bone grafts can be placed through

INTRAMEDULLARY approach to enhance osteogenic activity.

2. No incision required at the recipient site.

3. Internal transportation of bone graft through marrow is vascular friendly and internal transportation of bone & it’s subperiosteal placement 1 gave a new name“Pfemister internal bone grafting”.

4. Incase of humerus # shaft internal bone grafting save Radial nerve injury as open reduction has more chances.

5. Presence of STEM cells in cortico cancellous graft augments osteo induction &osteo synthesis.

6. Cheap instrumentation makes cost effective to surgeon and no cost to patient.

7. Artificial synthetic bone (upto 4-5 mm pellets) can also be transported through the tubes.

8. During transportation through the tube there is no waste or spillage of bony tissue.

9. Transportation of viable bone and exact placement of graft at the desired site makes this technique fool proof.

10. Primary placement of bone as a graft-abolishes chances af secondarybone grafting procedure which saves lot of time and money.

Complete Specification :

Background :-Fast traffic and vehicular speed has changed the fracture pattern after road traffic accidents, changing it from relatively simpler trauma to complex poly traumas. With the faster way of life the demands of the patients to get back to their lives have significantly increased, also affecting the productivity of the region.

This need of the soul of the patient compelled me to think and do something for the same cause, i.e. faster bone healing.

Bone graft augmentation at the fracture site is a much proven method for promoting definite union as for years together‘Pfemister’ bone grafting is in regular practice for the treatment of non-unoin of fractured bones.

RRBTT (Rakesh Remote Bone Transportation Technique) has been an innovative entity since 2007 and I am continuously evolving it with rigorous hard work for the last 9 years. I have not published a scientific paper yet as 1 desired a prior patent.

Objections to Invention: This technique has been utilized for treatment of numerous patients and this patient friendly method has not been objected by anyone.

1. Transportation Tube- (FIG.-l)

a) Made of Teflon material with an oblique cut at the distal end. b) It also has a metallic marking at the end of the tube embedded in the substance of Teflon material with is made up of 316 L. Bone Gauge (FIG-2)- Innovated instrument has a U Shaped sharp cutting edge, with a cover which helps to excavate bone grafts and the cover keeps the graft contained so that it doesn’t mistakenly drop.
