Description:
A SAVINGS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a system for determining a savings amount via machine learning algorithms by analysing previous expenditures of bank customers on bank accounts they have, and depositing the said amount automatically to a predetermined account on a day when the customer does not make expenditure.

Background of the Invention

Today, bank customers can execute and manage all types of banking transactions electronically. The fact that customers can examine the expenditures made and categorize the expenditures is one of the said transactions. Thereby, customers can observe in which areas and at what times they spend more and they can draw inferences for the purpose of improving their expenditures.

In the state of the art, bank customers are enabled to transmit information about an amount they determine for savings by means of a banking application or a different communication means and then it is ensured that the said is deposited to a savings account on designated days. However, customers cannot always manage their expenditures and spend the amount they kept for saving, by giving it up in such cases.

Therefore considering the studies and the deficiencies in the state of the art, it is understood that there is need for a system for determining a savings amount suitable for customers by analysing previous expenditures of bank customers, and depositing the said amount automatically to a designated account on a day when the customer does not make expenditure. The invention disclosed in the United States patent document no. US2020058079A1, an application in the state of the art, mentions a simulation and optimization computing system for generating customized intelligent budgets. The said invention generates a budget model for examining all historical spending amounts of a user, generating historical budgets of a user in accordance with the expenditures examined and detecting spending habit of a user by combining historical budgets. A plurality of simulations are generated on possible future expenditures by means of a budget model generated and a plurality of future budget estimates are generated. A future-time budget is generated by using budget constraints which are determined on the basis of future-time by means of estimates. The above-mentioned invention implements one or more machine learning processes on historical data to determine the user’s historical spending behavior while generating his/her budget model. A level of flexibility or variability of the user’s historical expenditure can be identified in each budget class by using machine learning. The said invention may ask the user to enter at least one user- defined budget constraint, while generating future budgets and the user-defined budget constraint may comprise a savings target or any other constraint.

Summary of the Invention

An objective of the present invention is to realize a system for determining a savings amount suitable for customers by analysing previous expenditures of bank customers, and depositing the said amount automatically to a designated account on a day when the customer does not make expenditure.

Detailed Description of the Invention

“A Savings Account Management System” realized to fulfill the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which: Figure l is a schematic view of the inventive system.
