Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a screen synthesis method using a web conference system which can extract and display a specific participant. [Solution] This screen synthesis method using a web conference system comprises: a material display step in which the web conference system displays, on a display unit, material to be used in a web conference; a participant image reception step for receiving, regarding a plurality of participants who participate in the web conference, images in which the respective participants are captured; a participant selection step for receiving selection of two or more participants, among the participants whose images have been received in the participant image reception step; and a selected participant display step for, regarding the two or more participants selected in the participant selection step, extracting image regions of participants from images in which the participants are captured and displaying, on the display unit, images based on the extracted image regions of the participants together with the material. The selected participant display step involves displaying, on the basis of a prescribed display pattern, the images based on the image regions of the participants on the display unit.
