Abstract:
A scroll compressor according to the present invention includes a compression mechanism section 10, an electric mechanism section 20, and a sealed container 1, wherein: an oil storage section 4 is formed in an inner bottom portion of the sealed container 1; a spacer 21 fixed to both the electric mechanism section 20 and the sealed container 1 is provided on the outer periphery of the electric mechanism section 20; the compression mechanism section 10 includes a fixed scroll 11, an orbiting scroll 12, and a rotating shaft 13 for orbitally driving the orbiting scroll 12; a main bearing 30 for supporting the fixed scroll 11 and the orbiting scroll 12 is provided below the compression mechanism section 10; the main bearing 30 is composed of a bearing portion 31 for supporting the rotating shaft 13 and a boss accommodating portion 32; an oil path 41 is provided to connect the boss accommodating portion 32 and the oil storage section 4 to each other; and at least a part of the spacer 21 constitutes the oil path 41. As a result, costs are reduced due to the improvement in the versatility of the stator 22, and the amount of oil discharged to the outside of the compressor is reduced.
