Abstract:
A seamless flowing-type finishing machine, comprising: a support frame (1), and a lower container (2), an upper container (3) and a tray (4) disposed on the support frame (1). The tray (4) is movably connected above the lower container (2), and a rotatable main shaft (6) is connected to a bottom of the tray (4). A plurality of bolts (5) are disposed between the lower container (2) and the upper container (3), and a spring is disposed at a connection of the bolt (5). An upper edge of the tray extends to a lower edge of the upper container (3). The lower edge of the upper container (3) forms a seamless connection structure pushing against the upper edge of the tray (4) by an elastic force of the spring. A water outlet (9) is provided on the tray (4) and the main shaft (6) is connected to a driving motor (8) via a transmission mechanism (7), and a water inlet is provided on a side wall of the lower container (2). The present invention can be applied to processes such as chamfering, deburring and polishing of various super miniature components. The water injection gap is automatically adjusted and is simple and convenient to use.
