Abstract:
A seamless steel tube four-roller-type heat sizing mill includes a sizing mainframe,
a roller changing vehicle (1) and locking hydraulic cylinders (7). The sizing
mainframe comprises a frame, level sizing roller groups and side standing sizing
roller groups. The roller changing vehicle (1) is positioned on one side of tracks
(2), and hydraulic cylinders for changing roller (10) are positioned on the other
side of the roller changing vehicle (1), each level sizing roller groups and each
side standing sizing roller groups can be pulled out of and pushed into the frame
by the hydraulic cylinders for changing roller (10). With respect to each level
sizing roller groups and each side standing sizing roller groups, the locking
hydraulic cylinders (7) are fixed on the beam (5) of the frame for locking the sizing
roller groups. Said mill can improve the sizing quality of the steel tube and reduce
the process of changing roller.
