Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle heating device using a planar heating element, which is foldably mounted to the rear surface of a vehicle seatback, is retracted into the seatback when not used, and is extended out of the seatback and covers a user's thigh part and provides heat thereto when used, thereby enabling improved heating effects. The vehicle heating device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: an operation part which is folded or unfolded with respect to a vehicle seatback while being rotated up and down at the rear of the seatback; and a heating cover part which is mounted to the operation part, is brought into close contact with the rear surface of the seatback in a state where the operation part is folded into the seatback, comes close to a user's thigh part if the operation part is unfolded from the seatback, and has a heating element heated by externally applied electrical energy.
