Abstract:
A secondary battery (5) and a device containing the same, wherein the secondary battery (5) comprises a negative electrode piece, the negative electrode piece comprises a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode film layer, the negative electrode film layer comprises a first negative electrode film layer and a second negative electrode film layer, the first negative electrode film layer is arranged on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector and contains a first negative electrode active material, and the second negative electrode film layer is arranged on the first negative electrode film layer and contains a second negative electrode active material; the first negative electrode active material comprises natural graphite, the second negative electrode active material comprises artificial graphite; the first negative electrode active material satisfies: 4.0≤COI 1≤7.0; and the second negative electrode active material satisfies: 2.2≤COI 2≤4.2. The secondary battery (5) has both better fast charging performance and cycling performance on the premise of having a higher energy density.
