Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a sectional type push rod device using a plastic nut, comprising an input shaft, an upper housing, a lower housing, a transmission device, a screw rod, a plastic nut, and a metal pipe. The plastic nut is of a sectional type plastic nut structure, and is formed by combining at least two or more sectional plastic nuts. A separation gap is formed between adjacent sectional plastic nuts, and at least two or more sectional plastic nuts of the sectional type plastic nut structure are fixedly connected by means of screw threads, or fixedly connected by means of pins or screws, or fixedly connected by means of snap rings to one end of the metal pipe simultaneously. The sectional type plastic nut structure has good self-lubricating performance, does not need frequent re-oiling, does not axially expand to be locked in a severe temperature environment having a large temperature difference and under the condition of bearing a large load, and is thus particularly suitable for push rod devices of solar power generation sun-tracking brackets, scientific experiments, desert or cold and tropical zone environments and the like. The present disclosure further relates to a machining method for the sectional type push rod device using a plastic nut.
