Abstract:
Disclosed is a semi-automatic copper-clad board corrosion box. Different from the prior art, a corrosion apparatus comprises a box body (1), the box body (1) having no cover; a baffle (2), the baffle (2) separating the corrosion box into upper and lower portions, a copper-clad board circuit board being placed on the baffle (2), and a temperature detection module (3), a water pump (4) and a heating rod (8) being placed at a lower portion thereof; and thermal imaging (5), the thermal imaging (5) being placed on a pressing plate (6) by means of a support. A module in corrosive liquid is connected to an external single-chip microcomputer control module by an anti-corrosive wire. A working mode is to firstly set a time and a temperature by means of a key matrix, and the control module can automatically stop working and enters a low-power-consumption mode. The present invention is mainly used in various college and university laboratories, and is convenient to use and convenient for dissemination.
