Abstract:
The present invention relates to a semiconductor film including an assembly of semiconductor quantum dots that include In atoms and group 15 element atoms and a ligand that coordinates with the semiconductor quantum dots, wherein the group 15 element atoms include Sb atoms and the ratio of the number of In atoms to the number of group 15 element atoms in the semiconductor quantum dots is at least 1.1. The present invention also relates to: a photodetection element; an image sensor; and a method for producing a semiconductor quantum dot.
