Abstract:
The sensor for continuos detection of wearing parts worn out by frictional wear consists of a conductive contact system (3) having two external contacts (3.1) and (3.3) and at least one internal signal contact (3.2) which are placed on the surface of a temperature-resistant electrical insulating substrate (2), wherein the external contacts (3.1) and (3.3) and the internal signal contact (3.2) are covered by a segment (4) forming a continuous flat resistance layer and the contacts (3.1), (3.2), and (3.3) are disposed in such a way that the distances (V1,2) and (V2,3) from the internal signal contact (3.2) to the external contacts (3.1) change non-linearly at least in one area as wear increases.
