Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a sensor device with which a variation in characteristics resulting from a variation in temperature can be reduced.
This sensor device is provided with a detecting resistor having a resistance value which varies in accordance with a physical quantity, and a reference resistor 9 with which the detecting resistor is compared. The reference resistor 9 is configured by electrically connecting a first resistance circuit Rs in which a first resistive element Rn1 having a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and a second resistive element Rp1 having a negative temperature coefficient of resistance are electrically connected, and a second resistance circuit Rc in which a third resistive element Rn2 having a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and a fourth resistive element Rp2 having a negative temperature coefficient of resistance are electrically connected. The first resistance circuit Rs is configured in such a way that the resultant resistance value thereof exhibits a first displacement to either the positive side or the negative side in response to a variation in temperature. The second resistance circuit Rc is configured in such a way that the resultant resistance value thereof exhibits a second displacement to the positive side or the negative side, being the opposite side to the first displacement, in response to a variation in temperature.
