Abstract:
A sensor device (S) comprises an element cover (1) disposed on the distal end side of a housing (H) that holds a sensor element (2). An outer cover (12) is provided with a plurality of outer side surface holes (12a) in side surfaces (121), the distal end position of the outer side surface holes (12) is located closer to the distal end than the distal end position of an inner cover (11), and a first channel (F1) in a gas flow direction orthogonal to an axial direction (X) is formed on the inner side of a distal end surface (122). An inner side surface hole (11a) of the inner cover (11) is opened in a second channel (F2) provided between the side surface of the inner cover (11) and the side surface of the outer cover (12). A detection surface (20) of the sensor element (2) is located on an extended line (L) in the extending direction of a guide body (13) that extends from the distal end edge portion of the inner side surface hole (11a) to the inner side of the inner cover (11) while being inclined.
