Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a sensor strip and a flange leak detection method. A sensor strip is provided, is configured to detect whether a flange leaks, and includes: a base belt, made of a transparent flexible material and configured to carry components included in the sensor strip; an absorption layer, made of a transparent water-absorbing material that is infused with an electrolyte solution and then is dried, where the absorption layer covers a first surface of the base belt; two electrodes, including two conductive strips made of a conductive material, where the electrodes extend in parallel to each other along a length direction of the base belt, the electrodes are located above the absorption layer or between the absorption layer and the base belt; and a terminal module, disposed on a second surface of the base belt and located at a first end portion of the sensor strip, where the terminal module is electrically connected to the electrodes through two through holes on the base belt, and the terminal module is configured to electrically connect the electrodes to an external data acquisition unit.
