Provided are a separated card holder and a user equipment. The separated card holder comprises a card holder body, a card holder head and fasteners, wherein one of the card holder body and the card holder head is provided with a groove, and the other one is provided with a connection plate which can be inserted into said groove; an upper surface and a lower surface of the groove are respectively provided with first fixing holes, and second fixing holes corresponding to the first fixing holes are provided in the connection plate; and the card holder head is movably connected to the card holder body via the first fixing holes, the second fixing holes and the fasteners. The separated card holder and the user equipment provided in the present invention, the card holder head and the card holder body being separated structures, can avoid the phenomena of the card holder being difficult to be inserted or pulled out and the card holder and a mobile phone being in an untight cooperation caused by an assembly error between a card base and a housing opening of the user equipment, and improve the smoothness of card holder inserting or pulling out and the cooperation tightness between the card holder and the user equipment.
