Abstract:
Provided is a server apparatus that transmits a web page to a terminal apparatus via a network, and monitors information about user operation conducted upon the web page displayed on the terminal apparatus. The server apparatus also evaluates whether the user operation information being monitored satisfies a prescribed condition, and when the condition is evaluated as being satisfied, inserts insertion information at a prescribed displaying position of the web page being displayed on the terminal apparatus.
