Abstract:
[Problem] To solve the problem that, in the prior art, information such as a simultaneous interpretation voice produced by an interpreter cannot be reliably delivered to a lecture site where a speaker and listeners exist and a remote site where only listeners exist. [Solution] The present invention comprises a simultaneous interpretation information acquisition unit that acquires simultaneous interpretation information, which includes a simultaneous interpretation voice derived from an interpreter having simultaneously interpreted an uttered voice that is uttered inside a first venue, and a transmission unit that transmits the simultaneous interpretation information to two or more terminal devices 2. The transmission unit is provided with a first communication means that transmits at least the simultaneous interpretation voice to a terminal device that is present in the first venue and a second communication means that transmits the simultaneous interpretation voice to a terminal device that is present in one or more second venues that are different from the first venue. Through the agency of a server, which is a different communication means, the first and second communication means are capable of reliably delivering the information of the simultaneous interpretation voice, etc., to the first venue, where a speaker and listeners are present, and to a second venue, where only listeners are present.
